How does the free trial work?

Try Spirit Tribe FREE for 10 days (unless using a coupon code for extended trial period). You will not be billed until the 11th day. Cancel at any time during the free trial and you will not be billed. 

Do I need previous yoga experience?

No previous experience is necessary. We offer a wide variety of classes to ensure that you will find a suitable class regardless of previous experience or style of yoga practiced. You can find our class descriptions here. Whether it’s your first ever yoga class or you are already an established yogi, Spirit Tribe has plenty to choose from!

How should I set up my home yoga space for a live or recorded class?

Practicing yoga at home is almost the same as in a yoga studio — all you really need is a yoga mat and you’re ready to flow! It always helps to find a peaceful corner with enough space to practice, clearing away any clutter and turning off your phone. Don’t worry too much if your pets or kids join in — take a deep breath, keep focusing on your teacher’s voice, and go with the flow.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of Course! We will be sad to see you go, but if you must, then head over to the page “Member Portal” (only viewable by members) and cancel easily any time!

How often do you release new content?

We have new yoga classes being streamed LIVE on a daily basis. You can check the schedule here. Our live classes are added to the video library weekly.

What kind of yoga class suits me?

One of the most amazing things about yoga is that there are so many different styles to choose from. Spirit Tribe offers everything from high intensity flows, to relaxation and yogic sleep! The best way to find out which yoga style best suits you and your goals is to try different classes for yourself! The important thing to remember when practicing yoga is to always listen to your body and take time to discover a practice that gradually helps you feel calmer and more present in your mind, and more flexible and strong in your body.
