InstructorAlyshea’s love of yoga began with the loss of her best friend. She quickly learned that yoga can be a tool for healing and personal transformation. After experiencing that healing first hand through her own yoga practice for 5 years, she decided her life path was to share these tools with others. Having studied Hatha and Ashtanga, as well as pranayama and meditation, in Rishikesh India – the world capital of yoga- Alyshea brings a love for traditional yogic traditions into her classes. Full hour classes usually incorporate an element of pranayama or meditation, in addition to her flows that you will fall in love with. Alyshea brings a sense of calmness and stability while giving precise direction and verbal cues for proper alignment.
InstructorShonda began a yoga practice at home 15 years ago when searching for a practice to add more balance and reduce stress in her life. She quickly fell in love with the practice and has returned to her mat over and over for the peace, stillness, and joy she finds in that space. With a history of depression and anxiety, she found that yoga gave her the tools and techniques to get her through it all. Shonda had a few inspiring experiences, a dream, and a vision of helping others find the same.
InstructorTiffany began her yoga journey in early 2000 trying to figure out a way to calm the mind. She practiced for 7 years and then a major shift happened in her life when her mother fell ill and she spiraled into a deep sadness. Looking for healing and love she decided to dive even deeper on her journey of yoga and healing. Now Tiffany is a 500 RYT that focuses on calming the body and mind and creates a therapeutic energy healing within oneself. “We are able to overcome any challenge that comes our way but we need to first understand ourselves and our body.“
Michelle began her journey with yoga while studying archaeology in England. After a few years of practicing inconsistently, she rediscovered her practice while completing her doctorate in psychology. Weaving the pieces of her experiences together, she trekked the Himalayas and learned meditation practices in Bhutan. It was in that beautiful land that she came to realize that what we seek is within ourselves, and for her, yoga provides the most relevant path inward. Come experience a class w/Michelle as she demonstrates yoga as integrative, blending East, West, traditional & contemporary. Experience an emphasis on the breath within & between each posture and also within each meditation practice, as it nourishes & invigorates your body, mind, and spirit.

InstructorAmanda has been trained in a variety of holistic healing modalities such as reiki, massage therapy, and yoga, specializing in Yoga Nidra. With daily meditation & yoga, she has overcome her own struggles with anxiety and depression. Her vision is to contribute to the overall health & wellbeing of others who suffer from high stress, mental dis-ease, chronic pain, etc. She empowers clients by providing relief & support in her classes, and teaches powerful, self-healing techniques they can use themselves. She shares her heart and talents to uplift and make the world a happier place.
